Working principle

Installation


Before installation:
Comprehensively check the components of the fan, whether the connection of the components is firm, and whether the transmission components are flexible.


During installation:

The connection between the inlet and outlet pipes of the fan shall be adjusted to make them naturally consistent. No forced connection shall be allowed. Soft connection can be adopted when necessary.


After installation:

1. Manual turning should be carried out to check whether the fan is flexible in operation and whether there is collision before trial operation.

2. In order to prevent the motor from overloading and burning, the fan must be started without load. If the situation is good, gradually increase the load.


Maintenance


1. The fan should be regularly maintained once or twice a year.


2. Preparation for regular maintenance shall determine key maintenance items according to daily maintenance records, and prepare various spare parts and wearing parts.


3. Before trial operation, manual turning should be done to check whether there is any friction and other abnormalities. If it is normal, it can be powered on for trial operation. When the air inlet or air outlet is opened, the current should be monitored at the same time to avoid motor overload.
