Structure

The mine ventilator is mainly composed of a current collector, a first-stage main cylinder, a second-stage main cylinder and a covered muffler. Its transmission method is direct motor transmission, which is more compact, safe and convenient, and durable. The voltage level is (380/660)V or (660/1140)V, and the user can select the connection mode according to the power supply voltage requirements. The body and structural parts of the coal mine counter-rotating ventilator are welded by steel plates, and the shell is covered with silencing measures to reduce the noise of the ventilator. The whole machine is simple and compact in structure, strong and durable, safe in use and convenient in maintenance.

Installation

1. Before use, strictly check that the radial clearance between the wind wheel and the shell is 1.5 ‰ ~ 3.5 ‰ of the diameter of the impeller, and it is not less than 1.00mm, and the clearance around is uniform.

2. The rotation direction of the impeller must be consistent with the direction shown by the arrow on the casing

3. Ventilators must be managed and operated by special personnel

4. The installation of ventilator must conform to the relevant provisions of "Coal Mine Safety Regulations"

5. For ventilators that have been transported for a long time or put on hold for a long time, the cold insulation resistance of the stator of the motor must be measured before use (the insulation resistance shall not be less than 50 megohms, and drying treatment shall be carried out if it does not meet the requirements). The required power supply can be connected only after passing the inspection. The trial operation will take about ten minutes. If there is no abnormal sound, it can be put into operation.

6. The peeling length of the connection of the motor lead-in wire joint is not more than 1.5 ㎜

7. When the ventilator is used underground in a coal mine, the power supply inlet must adopt a U-shaped non-flame-delayed sheathed rubber cable with a cable specification of 3 ×X +1 ×X

8. The adhesive tape ram shall be as long as possible and the maximum diameter allowed by the roadway section, and each section shall be as long as possible, and shall be laid as straight as possible. The pipe wall shall not be wrinkled, and the direction shall be slowly changed at the turning point to reduce the resistance loss of the pipe and ensure the air supply distance. Generally, the diameter of all ram shall not be less than the diameter of the fan outlet.
