Working Principle


The mine fan adopts a counter-rotating structure with high wind pressure and high efficiency. Under the action of the impeller, the exhaust air is sucked by the air collector or the air inlet joint, and is sent to the return air lane after being pressurized by the two-stage impeller or discharged into the return air lane through the air guide tube. The exhaust air in the fan runner does not contact the motor. The ventilator has compact structure, safe use and convenient maintenance. Using a special explosion-proof motor, the motor heat dissipation cavity ensures good heat dissipation of the motor, so that the motor always runs in fresh air flow.


Structure


The mine fan is composed of an air collector, a casing, a motor, an impeller, a diffuser cylinder, an air cylinder joint and other parts. The fan shell and structural parts are welded with steel plates. The inner cylinder is welded with an orifice plate. The lining muffler material: the motor is sealed in the inner passage and isolated from the exhaust air in the air passage. The motor is a two-pole three-phase asynchronous motor for YBF series flameproof fans. The fan impeller is made of special materials, anti-static, non-friction spark. The air flow conveyed by the motor cooling wind wheel is cooled, and the motor is in communication with the fresh air flow. Therefore, the ventilator can be used for underground extraction ventilation.

Instructions for use


In order to ensure the long-term safe operation of mine fans, attention must be paid to correct use and regular maintenance. The use of extraction fans for mixed ventilation in tunneling roadways shall comply with the relevant provisions of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations. Safety windshield should be set in front of the ventilator. Open the safety windshield before starting the ventilator. After normal operation, close the safety windshield gradually. Before starting the ventilator, check the gas content within 10 m near the ventilator and switch. When the gas concentration does not exceed 0.5%, the ventilator can be started. If the gas exceeds the limit, corresponding measures shall be taken. The ventilator stops running due to failure during operation. Before restarting, the gas concentration in the wind turbine shall be detected. If the gas concentration exceeds the standard, it shall be handled according to the provisions of coal mine safety regulations.
