How to adjust the state of the plastic fan to the best state?

The plastic fan promises to start at full voltage or step-down power, but it should be noted that the current at full voltage start is about 5-7 times the rated current, and the step-down torque is proportional to the square of the voltage. When the grid capacity is insufficient, step-down start should be used.

In addition, during the debugging process of the plastic fan, carefully read the product manual and check whether the wiring method is consisatent with the wiring diagram; carefully check whether the working voltage of the fan power supply meets the requirements, whether the power supply is out of phase or in phase, and whether the capacity of electrical components meets the requirements.

When the plastic fan starts to run, immediately check whether the operating current of each phase is balanced and whether it exceeds the rated current; if there is any abnormality, stop the machine for inspection. After running for 5 minutes, turn off the fan, check whether there is any abnormality, and start after admitting that there is no abnormality.
If it is a two-speed plastic motor, start the low speed first to check whether the rotation direction is correct; when starting the high-speed fan, it must be started after the fan is stationary to avoid switch tripping and motor damage caused by high-speed rotation. In addition, measure whether the input current of the fan is normal, and the working current must not exceed the rated current; if the working current exceeds the rated current, check whether the power supply voltage is normal.

When debugging a plastic fan, it is best to close the valve on the inlet and outlet pipes of the fan, and gradually open the valve after operation until the required working conditions are reached. Pay attention to whether the working current of the fan exceeds the rated current.
