Installation Requirements of Tunnel Jet Fan

Tunnel jet fan (tunnel fan) is mainly used to discharge in tunnel construction, to provide a good construction environment for tunnel construction, to maintain the health of operators, to ensure normal and smooth construction, to improve work efficiency and to ensure the quality of the project.

The fan shell is formed by imported machine tool spinning and flanging, and the inner wall of the impeller section is finished. It is corrosion-resistant, reliable and economical. A muffler can also be added to reduce its noise. For high noise requirements, the muffler can be added to reduce its noise.

The tunnel jet fan is hung on the top or both sides of the tunnel as 1, does not occupy the traffic area, does not need to build another air duct, and has low civil construction cost. The fan is easy to install, simple to operate and maintain, and is 1 very economical ventilation mode.

1. The foundation of the fan shall be horizontal and firm, and the foundation height shall be ≥ 200mm.

2. The fan and the air duct shall be connected with the fan soft connection (flexible material and non-burning), the length shall not be less than 200mm, and the pipe diameter shall be the same as the inlet and outlet size of the fan. In order to ensure that the soft connection of the fan does not distort during the operation of the system, the tightness of the installation should be moderate. For the canvas hose installed at the suction end of the fan, it can be installed slightly tighter to prevent the fan from being sucked in and reduce the cross-sectional size of the canvas hose.

3. The steel support of the tunnel fan must be fixed on the concrete foundation, and the rubber damping pad must be added between the steel support of the fan and the foundation. All fan and motor components are installed on the whole steel bracket, the steel floor frame is installed on the damping pad on the top of the foundation, and the damping pad is made of porous rubber plate.

4. The pipe diameter at the outlet of the tunnel jet fan can only be enlarged but not reduced. Then the air outlet shall be equipped with insect-proof net, and a wind and rain cap shall be added when the wind is biased upward.
