2. If the load of the glass fiber reinforced plastic axial flow fan is too large (especially the centrifugal fan), the pipe inlet or outlet regulating valve can be adjusted to the minimum. The switch capacity is small, or the setting value of the thermal protector is too small and unreasonable.

3.The impeller rotates in the opposite direction, and the correct rotation direction of the impeller should be adjusted in time. Poor contact or phase loss caused by the incoming wire.

4. Poor function of the accessories of the control box, or poor contact of the line to the fan, resulting in phase loss, lack of power grid capacity and low voltage.

5. The wiring is irregular. After a period of operation, the wiring is cut off due to heating at the junction.

6. The speed of the glass fiber reinforced plastic axial flow fan does not match, and the speed is too high. Motor wiring fault. Most of them are connected with the line.
