Safety hazards to be avoided by fire high temperature exhaust fan
1. The impeller of the fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust fan is covered with oil pollution, resulting in deformation of blade radian and angle, and the full pressure parameter of air volume is significantly reduced, which cannot meet the smoke exhaust requirements.
2. Fire-fighting high-temperature exhaust fan is stained with oil, causing the impeller to lose balance, increase vibration and damage the bearing.
3. In harsh environment, the parts are easy to rust and damage the fan.
Fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust fans are used for fire-fighting and ventilation in buildings with fire-fighting requirements, such as subways, tunnels, gymnasiums, high-rise buildings, underground shopping malls, workshops, ovens and other occasions. Generally, double-speed motors are used for ventilation and ventilation at low speed. In case of fire, they will be automatically switched to high-speed operation through the electric control system, and smoke will be quickly removed within half an hour to evacuate the fire, viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, dust and hard particles contained in the gas are not more than 150mg/m3, the intake air temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃ for ventilation, and when used for fire fighting, the flue gas temperature can run continuously for more than 30 minutes at 280 ℃.
