Causes and Measures of Vibration Failure of Boiler Fan Bearing

If the bearing components of the boiler fan fail, it will inevitably cause the loss of blades, bearings and air duct. In serious cases, bolt loosening will also occur. There are many reasons for this problem, and the typical ones can be analyzed and introduced from the following aspects:

1. Vibration caused by broken anchor bolts

For the vibration phenomenon of the fan bearing, if the bearing temperature, cooling water and oil level are in a normal state, then the vibration phenomenon is mainly affected by the boiler fan impeller. Under normal circumstances, the amplitude of vibration is relatively small. If the anchor bolt is tightened, it will be broken. It may also affect the resonance of structures such as nuts, rotors and bearing boxes. In this case, the binding method of the stud needs to be repaired according to the grounding state of the anchor nut. Specifically, the operation method is relatively simple. Only need to control the bearing box of the boiler fan to within 20-30, and then take out the concrete structure around the bolt, leak out the shallow hole structure with the same specification, remove the broken bolt at the foundation position, and maintain the surface specification of the broken bolt. In addition, the operator also needs to fix different types of rebar, and finally strengthen the quenching force to eliminate the higher degree of interference. The bolt structure is sleeved on the screw hole position on the bearing box, which is scientific and accurate to the position and operation mode of the bearing box. Then tighten the nut. If it is filled with cement material, the hole needs to be restored before operation.

2. Blade wear produces vibration

As a common problem in boiler fans, wear will cause the balance of the fans to be destroyed, which will lead to larger vibration of the fans in operation. When dealing with the vibration fault of this kind of boiler fan, the balance adjustment is usually carried out after the boiler is shut down. Starting from the characteristics of the boiler fan, the balance work is realized under the condition of non-stop. First, a hand hole door is installed at the position of the fan shell facing the impeller, which is 200mm away from the edge of the impeller. The handling personnel are located outside the fan and carry out internal manual operation, close the hand hole door; Secondly, stop the boiler fan after vibration occurs, open the hand holes, and increase the importance of the impeller outside the wind of the fan. Finally, after completing the balance search, calculate the corresponding position and weight to complete the welding of the impeller. In addition, in order to strengthen the maintenance of the baffle of the boiler fan and reduce air leakage, hot air leakage out of the blower can be prevented when the unilateral fan is stopped to maintain a normal working environment.
