Installation points of plastic fan

1. Carefully read the instruction manual and product samples of the plastic fan, and be familiar with and understand the equipment specifications, forms, impeller rotation direction and airflow inlet and outlet direction; Check again whether all parts of the equipment are in good condition, otherwise it can be installed and used after maintenance.

2. The air duct connecting the inlet and outlet of the equipment has a separate support, and it is not allowed to increase the overlapping weight of the pipes on the fan components; When installing the equipment, pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan, adjust the connection between the connection surface of the equipment and the foundation and the air outlet pipe, so that it is naturally consistent and cannot be forcibly connected.

3. There must be a safety device when installing the equipment to prevent accidents, and the wiring must be installed by professionals who are familiar with relevant safety requirements.

4. The plastic fan power distribution control box must match the corresponding equipment.

5. After the equipment is installed, use the hand or lever to turn the impeller to check whether it is too tight or friction, whether there are objects that hinder the rotation, and there is no abnormal phenomenon before the trial operation. The exposed part of the equipment transmission shall have a protective cover (the user shall bring it himself). If the air inlet of the equipment is not taken over, a protective net or other installation device should also be added.

6. The wiring of plastic fans should be connected by professional electricians. The wiring must be correct and reliable, especially the wiring number of the electric control box is consistent with the number on the equipment terminal. The grounding of the equipment shell is reliable, the grounding must be reliable, and the grounding cannot be replaced by zero.

7. After all equipment is installed, check whether there are any toolbox sundries in the equipment.
