How to judge the quality of FRP fans?

A. appearance characteristics
The simplest and most direct method is to observe the appearance of the fan. From the appearance of the FRP centrifugal fan, we can check almost all the accessories. For example, whether the surface of the shell is smooth, the production date and brand of the motor, the thickness of the fan shell, whether the fan shelf is firm, and whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate can be checked from the appearance.

For example, the whole fan looks full of materials as the foundation. We should carefully observe the details, such as whether the whole fan has good sealing performance and whether the fan contains shock absorption devices.

B. Performance parameters
Although there are certain differences in the fan models sold by different fan manufacturers, we can make judgments through some basic parameters. For example, air volume value, air pressure, speed of FRP fan impeller, brand and power of motor, temperature resistance of fan, acid and alkali resistance of fan, factory noise value, size of fan accessories, etc.

For example, taking the impeller of a fan as an example, the larger the fan model, the larger the diameter of the impeller, the larger the corresponding air volume and pressure value. If on the basis of the same price, a manufacturer's fan air volume and pressure value is larger, it means that the fan is more cost-effective.
Also, the resin used in the production of fan impellers is generally vinyl resin with better anti-corrosion performance, while the production of fan shells uses conventional unsaturated resin. The low price of fans from some manufacturers is likely to be the production of all low-priced resins.
