Working Principle
High temperature centrifugal fan is 1 kind of driving fluid machinery that relies on input mechanical energy to increase gas pressure and transport gas.
Due to the action of the fan, the air flow speed and pressure energy from the inlet to the outlet of the propeller will increase. The gas discharged from the impeller passes through the extrusion chamber, and after most of the kinetic energy is converted into static energy, it is discharged along the discharge pipe.
At the inlet of the impeller, a vacuum or low pressure is formed by the discharge of the gas. The gas is pressed into the inlet of the impeller under the action of atmospheric pressure, and continues to be attracted and discharged through the rotating impeller.

Structure
1. The high-temperature centrifugal fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, motor, connector, heat dissipation fan blade and other parts.
2. The impeller adopts a multi-wing single-inlet centrifugal impeller, made of galvanized sheet or cold rolled steel sheet, and the blades are designed according to the principle of aerodynamic force. The impeller consists of 10 backward inclined wing-shaped blades, curved front disc and flat rear disc. The material is made of steel plate with high strength and good durability, and is corrected by strict dynamic and static balance. Good air performance, high efficiency and smooth operation.
3. The air inlet adopts a convergent streamlined vortex reduction form, with less airflow loss and high working efficiency of the high-temperature centrifugal fan.
4. The casing of the high-temperature centrifugal fan and the motor are installed and connected with metal castings. The shaft head of the motor is equipped with heat dissipation blades. The outer wall of the metal casting is provided with water inlet and outlet pipe interfaces to cool the metal casting and the shaft head to ensure the normal operation of the motor at high temperature.
5. The motor adopts a special high-temperature motor, and the fluid part of the high-temperature centrifugal fan adopts temperature-resistant materials, which has reliable cooling structure and performance. Compared with other boiler induced draft fans, it has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and high cost performance.
