Working Principle
After the power supply is turned on, the High Temperature Industrial Exhaust Fan rotates. Because the impeller has a groove design, it will drive air to flow, so the air enters the pump body through the air inlet, and the air is stirred inside. Each groove is pressurized by a vortex, and a cycle is pressurized one by one to form a strong airflow energy, which is discharged out of the pump body through the air outlet for use.
Structural Characteristics
1. The equipment is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, motor, connector, heat dissipation fan blade and other parts.
2. The impeller adopts a multi-wing single-inlet centrifugal impeller, which is made of galvanized sheet or cold rolled steel sheet with excellent supplies. The blades are designed according to the principle of air energy.
The impeller is composed of 10 backward inclined wing-shaped blades, curved front disc and flat rear disc. The data are made of steel plates with high strength and good usability, and are calibrated by strict dynamic and static balance.
3. The air inlet adopts a convergent streamlined vortex reduction situation, with less airflow loss and high working efficiency of the equipment.
4. The equipment casing and the motor are connected with a metal casting device. The motor shaft head is equipped with heat dissipation blades. The outer wall of the metal casting is provided with inlet and outlet pipe interfaces to cool the metal casting and the shaft head to ensure the normal operation of the motor at high temperatures.
5. The motor adopts a specific high-temperature motor, and the fluid of the high-temperature centrifugal fan locally adopts temperature-resistant data, thus the cooling structure and function are firm.

1. The high-temperature fan must be protected during the trial operation to prevent the motor from being damaged due to overload.
2. If it is at room temperature during the trial operation, due to the high air density, the motor load used by the fan will be too large. At this time, please try not to use the direct start method, but use the inverter to start the high-temperature fan equipment at low frequencies. If there is no inverter and you want to start directly, you can close the intake valve tightly first.
3. When the high-temperature fan starts trial operation, the on-site staff should pay close attention to its operating status and observe the motor current. Motor protector or overload protection electrical control box can also be used to prevent motor overload.
