What parts of titanium fan will have problems and solutions:

1. Gear
During normal service, its wear and tear is negligible. The gears of the fan can usually accommodate a reasonable amount of tooth wear. When the high oil level in the gearbox causes the mixing and oil to heat too much, it means that the temperature at the bottom of the oil tank is extremely high. If you continue to operate under this condition, the gears will heat up and the gears may be affected by rapid wear, causing the blades to contact or the unit to jam.

2. Bearings
The service life of the booster is closely related to the bearing. Gradual wear may change the position of the shaft until the friction between the impeller and the cylinder or top plate, and sudden bearing failure usually has very serious consequences. Because the impeller shaft assembly is no longer supported and properly positioned, extensive damage to the sleeve and gear can occur immediately after a bearing failure.

3. Shaft Seal Assembly
