2. The waste oil should be discharged before the fan is used, and the new oil should be replaced. Inject once every half month.

3.The plastic fan should minimize the number of shutdowns and give full play to the continuous performance of the fan. When it needs to be closed or opened, it should be carried out according to the dispatch notice in the hole. In order to reduce the impact damage of the air hammer effect on the air duct when the fan is started, it is necessary to select a 3-minute segmented start.

4. Before turning on the axial fan, in order to control the direction of the air flow and avoid the formation of small cycles of turbid air, the jet fan must work openly.

5. Comprehensive support to form full-time air duct maintenance personnel. Check all air ducts of plastic fans in each shift and deal with damage in time. For slightly damaged pipe joints, repair with quick-drying glue: clean the damaged part first, and then bond; The damaged part is less than 15cm and directly bonded; When the damaged part is more than 15cm, sew it first and then bond it. The bonding area should be greater than 30% of the damaged area. No air supply for ten minutes after bonding. Severely damaged pipe joints should be replaced in time.

6. Due to the influence of plastic fan seepage and temperature changes, water will accumulate in the pipeline. Therefore, it should be drained regularly to reduce the bearing capacity and resistance of the pipeline.
