FRP axial fan installation instructions

1. Align the lower box according to the specified position and adjust 4 anchor screws to reach the level. Under the foot should be adjusted too high, so as not to affect the bearing pressure.

2. Align the table top on the lower box, with the left and right edges consistent, and align the front and rear edges with the rear side as the standard, and then adjust to reach the level. Pay attention to the table with water should see whether the water flows smoothly into the sink.

3. Connect the water, water, circuit, only leave the connection with the fume hood box. To connect water and electricity, drain water and test the connector for water leakage.

4. Install sliding door glass and counterweight iron on the upper box (main body) above the table top to make it up and down. Pull freely and adjust the inner deflector uniformly.

5. Connect the ventilation pipe, fan. Pay attention to the dead angle of the pipeline, do a good job of sealing in advance, try the switch first after the fan is installed, and check whether the fan has vibration, positive and negative rotation and abnormal sound, and whether the circuit and motor enter water when it rains.

6. When using a single fan for centralized exhaust, the fan and air valve shall be selected according to the standard parameters.

7. The discharge of harmful gases, need to be purified after discharge (plus purification device).
