Working Principle Analysis of Boiler Centrifugal Fan

The basic principle of the boiler centrifugal fan is that the working wheel with blades on the shaft is driven to rotate by the driving action of the motor. The gas obtains centrifugal force as the impeller rotates. The gas is thrown out of the impeller and enters the casing. The pressure in the casing rises. The gas is squeezed out through the guide outlet. After the gas is thrown out by the impeller, the central pressure of the impeller is reduced, and the outside gas is sucked in by the fan from the suction port. Through the repeated rotation of the impeller, the gas is continuously sucked and thrown out, thus continuously transporting the gas.

In this process, the impeller does work on the gas, so that the gas can obtain energy and overcome the resistance of the flue gas duct to enter the boiler or discharge the boiler flue gas into the chimney. The structure of centrifugal fan mainly includes impeller, main shaft, bearing, casing, air inlet box, exhaust box, transmission device and so on. As far as the fan structure is concerned, the installation of each component is highly complex and there is a close relationship between the components. If any part of the installation process has problems, it will inevitably affect the safety and operating efficiency of the fan. Therefore, it is necessary to start from the details and take measures for effective control.
