First of all, before installing the boiler induced draft fan, it is necessary to check whether there are sundries in the boiler induced draft fan. If there are sundries, they should be eliminated immediately. In addition, check whether there are gaps or scratches in the impeller. It is necessary to immediately carry out adjustment in time to prevent the application efficiency of the equipment from being endangered during installation. Second, the thickness of the roadbed for installing boiler induced draft fans should be a concrete floor of not less than 30cm. Again, the boiler induced draft fan shall be put into trial operation after installation. The air valve shall be turned off before starting, so that the fan shall be started at full load. The air valve can be opened slowly after normal rotating speed. During the operation of the equipment, the current shall be strictly monitored and shall not exceed the rated value. After 20 minutes of operation, the bearing box shall be checked to see if the temperature rise is normal.
