How to Start Stainless Steel Centrifugal Fan

1. The fan allows the rated power of the motor to run or step-down start, but it should be noted that the current when the rated power of the motor starts is 5~7 times the constant current, and the step-down start torque is positively correlated with the working voltage square meter. When the power network volume is not enough, step-down start should be selected. (When the output power exceeds 11KW, it is advisable to use lowering blood pressure to start).

2. When the specifications and models of the two-speed centrifugal fan are put into trial operation, the total number shall not be less than two people. One person shall operate the switching power supply and the other shall observe the operation status of the fan. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, shut down and check immediately. First of all, check whether the rotation orientation is appropriate; In the whole process of the fan, check whether the operating current of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated current. If there is any abnormal condition, it should be shut down for inspection. After running for 5min, shut down and check whether the fan is abnormal, and make sure there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting the operation.

3. During the trial operation of the single-speed fan, start the low-speed gear first and check whether the rotation direction is normal. When starting quickly, it is necessary to wait for the fan to stand still and then suddenly rise to prevent the centrifugal fan model and parameter table from rotating in the opposite direction quickly, causing switch trip and motor damage.

4. When the fan achieves all normal revolutions, check whether the input current of each phase of the fan is normal or not, and the operating current of the fan shall not exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated value, you should check whether the current given to the fan is normal.

5. For centrifugal fans and wind boxes, the required rated power of the motor refers to the output power required when the entrance and exit outlets are fully opened under the condition of uncertainty and the storage capacity damaged by mechanical equipment. If the vent of the fan does not take over the channel or carries out air-run rotation without external friction resistance, the motor is at risk of damage. For better safety, A gate valve shall be added to the exhaust port or channel pipeline of the fan. When the fan is started, the gate valve shall be closed. After operation, the valve shall be gradually opened to ensure the required working conditions, and attention shall be paid to whether the current of the fan exceeds the rated value.
