How does the stainless steel fan reach the ideal state?

1. The full-pressure starting current of the stainless steel fan is 5-7 times of the rated current, and the step-down starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage. When the power grid capacity is insufficient, step-down start should be adopted;
2. Read the product manual carefully and check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring diagram;
3. Check whether the working voltage of the power supply fan meets the requirements, whether the power supply is out of phase or in phase, and whether the capacity of distributed electrical components meets the requirements;
4. The number of people tested shall not be less than two. If abnormal phenomena are found, they shall stop for inspection immediately;
5. When testing the two-speed stainless steel fan, start at low speed and check whether the rotation direction is correct. When starting at high speed, the fan is stationary and then starts to prevent high-speed reversal, causing switch tripping and motor damage.

What should be paid attention to when connecting stainless steel fans?

1. Frequency conversion control stainless steel fan.
A. inverter controls stainless steel fan motor: the operating frequency is lower than 20HZ, and the high frequency is not higher than that. If the inverter is equipped with phase-out protection, turn on the inverter input. Phase loss protection function at output.
B. the frequency conversion motor is controlled by frequency converter: the operating frequency is less than 6HZ, and the large frequency is not higher than 50HZ. The inverter can be set with power supply phase loss protection function, please turn on the inverter input. Phase loss protection function at output. The variable frequency motor is composed of a motor following a fan. The motor is connected to a variable frequency power supply, and the fan is connected to a common power supply (non-variable frequency power supply). The motor following the fan needs to be started at the same time. Stop. Low-power variable frequency motor (22.2kw high-power variable frequency motor (2) can be directly started (hard start). Above 2kw) cannot be directly started (hard start).
2. Directly start the stainless steel fan control.
A.5.5KW below the motor can be started directly (hard start), please soft start control.
