Maintenance of Tunnel Fan

Ensure that the use environment of tunnel fans should be kept clean and tidy, and its surface should be kept clean, and there should be no sundries in and out of the air. Regularly eliminate dust and other debris in fans and pipes. The lubrication system and clean oil filter should be checked regularly. Regularly check if the oil is mixed with water and other pollutants and deteriorates. If the situation deteriorates, the oil should be replaced, and the dripping nozzle of the tunnel fan should be checked daily to see if the dripping nozzle is normal. If the dripping nozzle is dirty, the detachable adjusting screw should be cleaned.

When using the tunnel fan, it can only be operated under the condition that it is completely in the forward gear. At the same time, it is necessary to maintain sufficient electricity and stable voltage. The power supply line must be a special line, and temporary line power supply should not be used for a long time.

During the operation of the tunnel fan, it is found that the fan has abnormal sound, the tunnel fan is seriously heated, the shell is charged, the switch is tripped, and cannot be started. It should be stopped immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the tunnel fan. After overhaul, trial operation shall be carried out for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting up.

According to the operating environment conditions, the bearing of the tunnel fan shall be supplemented or replaced with lubricating grease from time to time (the motor closed bearing does not need to be replaced with lubricating grease during the service life). In order to ensure good lubrication of the tunnel fan during operation, the number of refueling times shall not be less than 1000 hours/time. The bearing and motor bearing shall be closed and oil shortage operation shall not be allowed.

Tunnel fans should be stored in a dry environment to avoid damp. When tunnel fans are stored in the open air, they should be protected against rain. In the process of storage and handling, the tunnel fan should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the tunnel fan.

When you use the tunnel fan at ordinary times, you should do a good job in the maintenance and cleaning of the tunnel fan, clean and inspect the tunnel fan regularly to ensure the normal operation of the tunnel fan, and place it in a dry and tidy place when not in use to avoid the tunnel fan from damp and damage.
