The mine dust removal fan directly uses the rotating airflow generated by the high-speed rotation of the impeller to strengthen the conflict between the dust in the dust-containing air and the water mist mist particles, so as to improve the capture rate of fine dust, make it fully mixed and form dust-containing droplets. The centrifugal force generated by the rotating airflow throws the dust-containing droplets to the inner cylinder wall, enters the interlayer cavity through the through the through hole and falls into the water accumulation box before being discharged, so as to achieve the purpose of capturing airborne dust and purifying air. Its dust removal function is completely realized by using the technical characteristics of the aerodynamic characteristics itself, and does not require a complicated filtering device, which completely solves a series of problems caused by the blockage of the filter screen in the field use of the existing products. The dust removal fan has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, low dust removal system resistance, and no frequent maintenance, which can better meet the needs of the site.
KCS dust removal fan is mainly composed of mixing chamber, purification chamber, main engine and dehydration device. Its structure is shown in Figures 1 and 2, and the main structure dimensions are shown in Tables 2 and 3. Its structural parts are welded with steel plates, and each section of air duct is connected by flange bolts, and the impeller is directly connected with the motor. The machine is compact, durable, safe to use and easy to maintain.
