However, it is not allowed to transport corrosive gases, such as aromatic compounds, halogen derivatives of aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, and ketones. Working Principle

When the impeller of the plastic fan rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the wind vane urges the gas to move forward and outward, thereby forming a series of spiral movements. The spiral rotation of the air between the blades accelerates, and the gas outside the pump body is squeezed into the side groove. As it rotates, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, and the plastic fan further increases the pressure of the gas passing along the side channel. When the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the exhaust flange, the air is squeezed out of the blades and discharged out of the plastic fan pump body through the outlet muffler.

Installation

1. Fan foundation height of 200mm, should be horizontal and firm.

2. The pipe diameter of the fan should be the same as that of the inlet and outlet of the fan. It should be connected to the air duct through a hose. The length of the hose should not be less than 200mm. In order to ensure that the hose will not deform during system operation, a moderate tightness should be maintained during installation. For the canvas hose installed at the suction end of the fan, it can be installed slightly tighter to prevent the fan from being sucked in during operation and reduce the cross-sectional size of the canvas hose.

3. The steel support of the fan should be fixed on the concrete foundation, and a rubber cushion should be added between the steel support and the fan foundation. The vibration damping pad is preferably made of a porous rubber sheet.

4. The diameter of the fan outlet can only be expanded, not reduced. Then install an insect net at the exit, and add a windshield cap when the exit is above.
