Industrial Titanium Alloy Fan is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy, using a high-speed rotating impeller to accelerate the gas, then decelerate and change the flow direction to convert kinetic energy into potential energy pressure. In a single-stage centrifugal fan, the gas enters the impeller from the axial direction. When the gas flows through the impeller, it changes into the radial direction and then enters the diffuser. In the diffuser, the gas changes the flow direction to cause deceleration, which converts kinetic energy into pressure energy. The pressure increase mainly occurs in the impeller, followed by the diffuser process. In a multi-stage fan, a reflux is used to make the airflow enter the next impeller to generate higher pressure.
Structure
The Industrial Titanium Alloy Fan is mainly composed of casing, impeller, air inlet and transmission group;
1. Impeller: the former curved blade type, after static and dynamic balance, stable and reliable operation;
2. Shell: titanium plate welding machine into a volute shell, the overall surface treatment;
3. Air inlet: made into a convergent streamlined type, fixed on the front cover of the casing with bolts;
4. Transmission group: It is composed of main shaft, coupling, bearing box, etc. The main shaft is made of carbon steel (stainless steel), and the bearing box and coupling are all cast iron.
