When the impeller of the plastic fan rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the wind vane urges the gas to move forward and outward, thereby forming a series of spiral movements. The air between the impeller blades rotates spirally and squeezes the gas outside the pump body into the side groove (sucked in by the suction port). When it enters the side channel, the gas is compressed and then returns to the impeller blades to accelerate again. Each impeller blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration as the air passes through the impeller and the side grooves along a spiral track, the kinetic energy of the gas increases as the rotation progresses, and the plastic fan further increases the pressure of the gas passing along the side passage. When the air reaches the connection point between the side groove and the discharge flange (the side passage narrows at the outlet), the gas is squeezed out of the blades and discharged from the plastic fan pump body through the outlet muffler.

Application
Plastic centrifugal fans are widely used in scientific research, chemical industry, metallurgy, electronics, medicine, textiles, meters, electroplating, mines, schools, hotels, hotels, laboratories, environmental protection supporting equipment and other industries for ventilation and ventilation to eliminate harmful gases such as acidity and alkalinity. However, it is not allowed to transport corrosive gases such as halogen derivatives and ketones containing aromatic compounds, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons. The transported gas is not allowed to contain viscous substances, dust and hard particles ≤ 150mg/m3, gas temperature ≤ 50 ℃, and relative humidity ≤ 100%. And avoid sun exposure and no heat source near the fan site.
Structural characteristics
When the plastic centrifugal fan is started, the current of the motor will be 5-6 times higher than the rated value, which will not only affect the service life of the motor but also consume more electricity. The system will leave a certain margin in the motor selection during the design. The speed of the motor is fixed, but in the actual use process, it is sometimes necessary to run at a lower or higher speed, so it is very necessary to carry out frequency conversion transformation. The frequency converter can realize the soft start of the motor, achieve the purpose of energy saving and speed regulation by changing the input voltage frequency of the equipment, and can provide protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overload to the plastic fan.
1. The foundation of the fan is required to be horizontal and firm, and the foundation height is ≥ 200mm.
2. The fan and the air pipe are connected by hose (flexible material and non-burning), the length should not be less than 200mm, and the pipe diameter is the same as the size of the inlet and outlet of the fan. In order to ensure that the hose will not be twisted and deformed during the operation of the system, the tightness of the installation should be moderate. For the canvas hose installed at the suction end of the fan, it can be installed slightly tighter to prevent the fan from being sucked during operation and reduce the cross-sectional size of the canvas hose.
3. The steel support of the fan must be fixed on the concrete foundation, and the rubber damping pad must be added between the steel support of the fan and the foundation. All fan and motor components are installed on the whole steel bracket, and the steel floor frame is installed on the vibration damping pad at the top of the foundation. The vibration damping pad is preferably a porous rubber plate.
4. The pipe diameter at the outlet of the fan can only become larger, not smaller. Finally, insect-proof nets should be installed at the outlet, and a wind and rain cap should be added when the wind goes out upward.
