Four, structural characteristics:

3, seal group. This seal mainly uses the soft packing seal and the centrifugal seal, the seal does not have the vulnerable part, the structure is very simple, the effect is specially reliable, the replacement is convenient.
4, motor. This machine is equipped with Y series or YB series motor, YB series motor explosion-proof grade is d BT4, protection class is IP44.
Five, installation:
1, before installation should be checked in detail whether the components are damaged due to improper packaging, if found damaged, should be installed after the repair.
2, check the connection is loose, if there should be immediate fastening.
3, the foundation made after the blower and motor mount, and check the part level and blower and motor axis is consistent, the gap between the case and the rotor is corrected, and then irrigation mud.
4, cement drying, and then check the various parts of the level, axis and clearance, and then tighten the foundation bolts.
5, the installation of blower inlet and outlet pipeline, strictly prevent the weight of the pipeline and other components to bear on the blower, thereby affecting the installation quality requirements of the blower, if necessary, the pipeline should be added support.
6, clean the spiral case and pipe and bearing seat, etc..
7, the installation of the transmission part of the safety protection facilities.
8, the mechanical electrical equipment accessories instrument check should first idling motor (without connecting blower motor check steering part) meets the requirements of the blower, the blower to prevent reverse transmission parts looseness.
9, the instrument should be installed in easy to manage and obvious position, electrical should be equipped with a signal device, to prevent the sudden failure of the power supply and make the blower damage.

10, the import and export pipeline should be strictly to ensure that no leakage.

Six, the use of:
1, the use of units should try to put into the blower gas purification, otherwise it will play the role of chemical, corrosion or coal tar too much influence the normal operation, and even cause damage accident.
2, the balance of the rotor in addition to the dynamic balance test also depends on whether the placement is stable, the foundation is solid, the motor is running and the balance of the rotor is uneven wear.
3, the end of the installation of the machine (or a long time to stop), should be used in the air to try to run it to confirm that it is completely normal gas.
4, preparation before operation.
(1) check whether all parts of the machine are tight and clean.
(2) check the import and export control valve is flexible, all kinds of instrument switch is normal, safety protection facilities are installed properly.
(3) to ensure that the gas pipeline is closed during commissioning, only part of the blower is allowed to enter the atmosphere.
(4) the blower inlet and outlet valve is adjusted as follows: the inlet valve is closed and the outlet valve is slightly open.
(5) turn on the power supply according to the nameplate specification of the blower motor.
(6) check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient.
5, start:
(1) start the blower according to the motor operating rules.
(2) gradually open the outlet valve and inlet valve to the extent required to pay attention to whether the motor overload, such as motor overload should control the volume of imports and exports, not to exceed the provisions.
(3) listen carefully to the abnormal friction inside the blower.
(4) pay attention to whether the machine has any vibration or abnormal noise, if there is vibration or abnormal noise should stop immediately check the reason.
(5) check the bearing temperature rise is normal, generally no more than 35 degrees indoor temperature ~40 degrees, the maximum temperature of the bearing surface is not greater than 65 degrees.
(6) check the tightness of import and export pipeline and the use of various instruments.
6, normal use should pay attention to:
(1) the foundation and the machine has no vibration (generally in the case of foundation bearing vibration should not be greater than 0.05 mm).
(2) to ensure that the tar and impurities in the gas should be carefully cleaned before entering the blower, so as to prevent the tar from attaching to the rotor to break the balance.
(3) the blower inlet shall be kept under positive pressure in order to prevent the intake duct from being sucked into the atmosphere.
(4) gas is not allowed to return to the blower or cause an accidental collision with the gas.
(5) if there is too much gas supply, the inlet and outlet valve should be adjusted to ensure the positive pressure.
(6) to ensure that the blower should not have abnormal heating.
(7) keep the machine clean and clean the oil tank and filter.
(8) record the operation data regularly.
7, parking:
(1) steam washing tar.
(2) to clean up the tar and impurities inside the machine.
(3) to adjust the instrument and the import and export valve to meet the requirements of the ready to run.
8, general failure and its causes:
(1) the air volume is insufficient, the piping system resistance exceeds the blower pressure.
(2) insufficient air pressure:
A piping system resistance estimation is too high, if necessary, should not be too low to regulate the valve;
B gas is less than the rated data.
(3) motor overload:
A wind pressure is too low to cause excessive air supply; B gas proportion is greater than the rated data.
(4) vibration:
A spindle B deformation; the foundation is not solid; C outlet valve control caused by small flying; D inside the machine scuffing phenomenon; E blower motor and the axis line is not consistent.
(5) bearing temperature rise too high:
A lubricating oil with impurities; B C blower and rotor imbalance; coupling axis is not consistent; D felt tight shaft fever; E grease filling too much.
9, notes:
When the gas is transported to the gas because of the different characteristics of the unit, the local conditions of use are different, so the use of units should be in accordance with the provisions of the spirit of the code of conduct to make the necessary adjustments and add.
Seven, maintenance and repair:
1, establish a regular maintenance system, required the use of 100 hours in the new machine will replace the lubricating oil again, every six months after the repair time, the annual overhaul inspections.
2, maintenance should be marked on the power switch, stop using.
3, before dismantling the need to go into the steam washing and cleaning the remaining gas in the machine.
4, cleaning the use of kerosene cleaning parts for inspection.
5, after the completion of the assembly can be installed in accordance with the requirements of the installation instructions for inspection.
6, where spare blower usually do not use the rotor should be regularly rotated 120 degrees or 80 degrees, in order to prevent spindle bending deformation.
