Maintenance of Boiler Centrifugal Fan

1. Boiler fan maintenance work matters needing attention:

① Only when the fan equipment is completely normal can it operate.

② If the fan equipment starts after overhaul, it is necessary to pay attention to whether all parts of the fan are normal.

③ Regularly check the dust, dirt and other impurities inside the fan and gas transmission pipeline to prevent corrosion. Generally, after 1000 hours of use, it should be checked once a year and overhauled once a year.

④ In order to ensure personal safety, the maintenance of the fan must be carried out when parking.

2. Matters needing attention in normal operation of boiler fan:

① If it is found that the flow rate is too large, does not meet the use requirements, or requires less flow in a short period of time, the gate can be used to adjust to meet the use requirements.

② The sensitivity of the thermometer and oil mark of the bearing box shall be checked regularly.

③ If any abnormal phenomenon is found during the start-up, stop or operation of the fan, it should be checked immediately.

④ For minor faults found in the inspection, the cause shall be found out in time and the cause shall be eliminated. If major faults are found, the vehicle shall be stopped immediately for maintenance.

⑤ In addition to replacing the lubricant after each disassembly and repair, the lubricant should be replaced regularly under normal circumstances.

⑥ It should be adjusted in time if the belt is elongated and slips are found.
