When using stainless steel fans, full attention should be paid. In the early stage of impeller operation and all regular inspections, as long as there is an opportunity, it is necessary to check whether the stainless steel fan impeller has defects such as cracks, wear, and dust accumulation. Whenever possible, the impeller must be kept clean, and the dust and rust skin must be removed regularly with a wire brush, because with the extension of the running time, the dust cannot adhere to the impeller evenly, causing damage to the balance of the impeller and even causing rotor vibration. As long as the impeller is repaired, it needs to be balanced again.

When designing a stainless steel fan, the general conditions are: volume flow, full pressure, working medium and its density (or working medium temperature), structural requirements and special requirements. The design requirements of stainless steel fans are mostly: the working point that meets the required flow and pressure should be close to the high efficiency point; the efficiency value should be as large as possible, and the efficiency curve should be flat.

The stable working range of the pressure curve should be wide; the fan has a simple structure and good manufacturability; the selection of materials and accessories is convenient; the strength is sufficient, the rigidity is high, the work is safe and reliable; the operation is stable, the noise is low; the adjustment performance is good, and the work adaptability is strong; the stainless steel fan The size is as small as possible and the weight is light; the operation and maintenance are convenient, and the disassembly and transportation are convenient.
