Application of Plastic Fan in Various Industries

The working principle of the plastic fan: When the impeller of the plastic fan rotates, due to the centrifugal force, the direction mark promotes the gas to move outward, and finally forms a series of spiral movements. The gas spiral between the vanes accelerates, and the gas outside the pump casing is squeezed into the side groove. With the increased rotation and kinetic energy of the gas, the plastic fan further increases the pressure of the gas passing along the channel. When the air reaches the junction of the side slots and the discharge flange, the gas is forced out of the vanes and the plastic fan pump casing exits through the outlet silencer.
