What should I do if the stainless steel fan motor is broken?
1. The motor is damaged during operation
The vibration of the centrifugal fan increases, the noise is abnormal, the speed ratio decreases, the current increases, the motor temperature rises sharply, and the stainless steel fan motor burns.
2. The rolling bearing is damaged
The damage of the rolling bearing of the stainless steel fan will cause the core temperature to rise sharply. The fan damages the slot insulation layer and inter-turn insulation layer, resulting in surface winding resistance and inter-turn short circuit fault, damaging the motor.
3. Turn off the solenoid valve
Closing the solenoid valve on the stainless steel fan will damage the load and motor.
4 Other reasons
There are also abnormal phenomena such as stainless steel fan, low or high working voltage, loose joint vibration, fault, two-color short circuit damage, imported motor working voltage mismatch, etc.
